As soon as we came inside the lobby had a terrible smell. There was no person at the front desk, we had to use the new system over the computer. We waited more than 30mins just to check in. When we entered the room it was dirty, couches and beds. But the horrible smell and humidity inside the room was horrible we couldn't breath. We asked for a new room, they have us a new room. It was a cleaner and the beds were clean,but the humidity was too much. We left the ac on to see if it worked since we weren't going to be back to the room till the next day. But when we came back it was still the same. And the worst part was there was roaches coming out constantly from different places. It was the worst experience. And got to witness more than 3 families checking out early as well for the same reasons.

GROSS! should be condemned. Needed a room big enough for 5 for a nearby event. LOTS of mold under the mattress, walked into a bug crawling on my bed. Changed rooms, mattress was torn, floors were wet from moisture. Mold behind mirror, woke up sneezing and even my hat soaking wet was moisture in air. Pool was closed by health dept. This place needs to be closed and completely inspected by health department

The place is one that was observed in the pictures. The hotel was very dirty in the entrance, hallways and rooms. The parking mas with a lot of garbage. The rooms were with bad smell, the carpets were dirty and with bad smell. All the facility had poor cleaning.

Filthy and dreadful

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We are a big traveling family especially quick trips for tournaments and such. The rooms were filthy. The sofa bed had stains all over the mattress. Feces in the room. Bathroom has never been cleaned. The smell of the entire hotel was beyond horrible.

Horrible!

This hotel is a complete dump. We had to check in via a computer screen. Everything is worn. The breakfast was a complete joke. There was no one cleaning up. There was no coffee trash everywhere. Does anyone even work in this hotel?

Upon arrival there were no real life staff, instead a kiosk with a video call from an individual working from home was helping people checking in. This was terribly inconvenient as the connection was poor and the communication of information was not clear and there was much confusion. After navigation through the confusion of the check in we got to our room and found that the room had no soap and only four bath towels, no hand or face towels. This has an easy solution however the real issue was when we opened our bed and found stains in one and brown crumbs in the other. After this we moved rooms however found mold on the next rooms bathroom floor and tub as well as the mattress and rust on the lamp. There was also ants in the beds and the window had such terrible stains that we were unable to see outside. The bathroom floor was also not finished and the door had stains running down it. The shower water also wouldn’t hold a constant temperature and was mostly cold. There was also no staff available to help with these problems as the cleaning staff had left and there was no one at the front desk except for the man in the kiosk. The next morning there was nothing set out until 9:00am. At 8:30 there was no milk, waffle batter, coffee, or plates and the cereal was spilled everywhere and the juice was out as well. Checkout went smooth and was very quick and efficient. While I tried to find the good it was hard as the issues kept adding up and the service was absolutely dreadful.

Worst stay ever, never again.

My husband was in Cleveland clinic hospital and I needed a place stay. Because of the holiday weekend our usual hotel was booked up. The rates were twice as much and $299 per night for 2 nights. Went to check in and was made to use a kiosk, which was very impersonal. They refused to allow me to check in because the reservation was in my husband’s name, because his insurance reimburses us partially for the stay. I’ve not had any issue with this at any other hotel in the area. So called the front desk and was told if I had his driver’s license, so I went back and got it and returned, then was told he had to be present. So I called him and the clerk refused to speak to him. At 10:30p gave me an 800 number to call to change reservation I called and was surprised someone answered and she kindly fixed the reservation. The hotel was run down dark and dreary. Peeling wallpaper, water damage everywhere holes in walls, etc. Igor to my room and open the door to get hit by a musty damp smell. The white tub was black on the bottom. There was water damage throughout the room. The carpet was dirty and the sofa stained. The sheets did not look clean. The mattress was worn and only the middle was comfortable. The padding was gone over the metal on the edges of the mattress. The room was noisy being close to the elevator. I called down to ask for a different room and was told none was available they were booked up. After the 2 nights I had to use the kiosk to check out.

This property is extremely outdated. Its a cheap motel. The room was no cleaned well and had an old lingering smell. the breakfast provided in the mornings was awful. No variety but a couple things such as old bread, bagels, nasty looking round eggs and cereal. Additionally, there booking needs to be update to reflect the $100 needed at check for accidentals. They also use a virtual kiosk in the lobby, despite staff being present in the building. This process took entirely between the delay in information being received because of potential technology. Also, language was a factor as there words were very difficult to understand during this process. I would never stay at this property again despite it being in a good location such as close to Saw Grass Mills mall.

It was not clean. There was mold on the windows, in the bathroom, in the toilet, and it just generally was not clean. The breakfast consisted of cereal, coffee, egg patties, and bagels. It just seemed like the absolute bare mininum upkeep is done to keep the building "serviceable". Which to be honest, was not. The staff was kind, and unfortunately whomever is running the place does not care about the facility... I would stay away, and will certainly not stay there again.
