"I’ve loved this hotel in the past and have stayed there many nights over the years. Though it still feels modern, everything is starting to break down. There was a night I couldn’t get the heat to work—it was in the low 50s outside and the room was at 62. The worst is the command for the blinds: you have to fight with it every night for several minutes before they work. The hotel also charged me $5 a day for the storage of a tiny packing cube I forgot (I was returning a week later) even though I had spent several days there and booked additional rooms for other people.
