"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Leider ist etwas schief gelaufen, da ich für einen Morgen eine Flasche Prosecco bestellt habe ( für den Geburtstag meines Partners). Das war alles per Email besprochen, aber leider nicht umgesetzt. Sehr sehr ärgerlich. Keine Kerze, wie besprochen und kein Prosecco. Auf Nachfrage kam dann 20 Minuten später der Prosecco. Keine Entschuldigung oder der gleichen. Am Abreisetag hat man mir dann beim bezahlen der Flasche Prosecco (45€) einen Gutschein für 2 Tassen Kaffee und Kuchen gegeben. Wir mussten aber zur Fähre und konnten ihn deshalb nicht mehr einlösen. "

"The hotel was really good for the price. The service was amazing, the personnel helped whenever there was an issue. For example we needed extra towels to go to the beach and got them without a problem. Also the cleaning service did a good job. The room was tidied every day. However, the room itself was rather dark, especially the bathroom. From the hotel you can go everywhere you need in 10 minutes or less by bike. The bike in general seems to be more practical to move around Den Helder as tourist attractions (like the ferry to Texel) are frequented a lot by cars."
