"Very nice hotel in Chengdu. Rooms are very beautiful with nice amenities. Nice bath and a really nice view on Chengdu.
Hotel staff is very helpful in organizing your trips and booking tickets and is also very friendly.
Hotel it is in a good location near to some scenic places.
2 good restaurants in the hotel (Chinese and western style).
Would go back there anytime! "

"Very outdated property. Rooms very old, smells like cigarette smoke. Definitely not worth 5 stars, max 4 stars. Very surprised St. Regis keeps this hotel under their brand name. Staff friendly but little English. "
