Wouldn’t normally write a bad review but this hotel was very disappointing. We booked the superior double room but the hotel fails to explain they only have one room like shown on the website. The room was occupied putting us in an older style room that they can describe as ‘superior as it has a king size bed. I discussed this with reception and they offered another room. When being moved into the new room we discovered there was no window and the air conditioning didn’t work. The room was 26 degrees according to the thermostat. We went back to reception after our first night and they offered us another room which again was not the one as described online. All the room look very different and much older than in the pictures. We stayed in the third room for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. This room again did not have air conditioning but did have windows so as it was winter it was much more comfortable. The lady at reception who we delay with was very unhelpful and came across as rude. One member of staff actually admitted that this was a ‘advertisement error’ but still did not offer a refund of any kind. The hotel is also undergoing reconstruction so has no reception area but a desk by the bar area. The overall experience seemed very unprofessional and not a 4 star experience as described online.

I have been scammed!!! Payed for the big superior room for 3 persons which is a double pricing and they ended up giving me a standard small room with a small bed that would not even fit 1 person. Although the superior room shown on the website was big with 1 extra sofa bed and a king size bed.

We were unable to stay in the property on our 1st night due to a storm in Wales, our train being cancelled and the Prince of Wales Bridge closure there we were not even able to drive to attend our first night stay. The property did not help to accommodate us in staying an extra night at the end of our stay having lost 1 night of our 3 night booking. The staff were not helpful at all. This issue was fully out of our control and the staff / hotel policy should recognise this and could have approached the issue with a much more human approach! Very disappointing and we will definitely not be recommending this hotel to anybody and nor will we stay here again. We were not offered a refund nor anything of the sort.

Be aware when paying for an upgrade
I specifically upgraded to a supreme room using the photos on the site but the room was a tiny shoe box I struggled to open the bathroom door as it was so small. Really disappointing to have paid and not received a premium room

The building is being refurbished. Rooms are hard to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is construction site, so quite noisy.

Awesome stay in London
Perfect hotel next to Euston Station in London's, Zone 1 and found it very comfortable. The area was convenient for getting around, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice for a London visit.

Stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. The rooms are very modern and up-to-date, and not tiny like some other hotels nearby (that are a comparable price). Definitely would recommend, and will be staying here again.
