Would have been almost perfect, but when we requested for bell cart via phone, twice, 30 mins apart upon following up, they said they were coming, but no one really came. Decided to go up and check out at the lobby because via tv isn’t working/available, upon checking out complained that no bellman came to bring the cart. She said, there was no request made and that she made my request a rush. We had to carry our luggages:(. Overall, still loved our stay

The room was gorgeous and the view was spectacular. I only stayed for 1-night, but the accommodations that Natalia (at check-in) gave were more than I could ask for. Even the valet service was great. I didn’t catch her name, but as soon as I requested help with my luggage, she got me someone right away. Getting from valet to my room was a little confusing at first with the 3 elevators you have to take. The valet service fee is a bit much too. However, overall I really enjoyed myself and would recommend to anyone that loves city views at an upscale hotel.

Except the facility’s parking everything else was excellent. I stopped at the hotel to check in and my rental car was moved to vallet parking tillI get a room which tool 45 min. I was charged $16 without prior notice. I did not like it asno one told me this when I stopped.

Hi there! The Intercontinental in downtown Los Angeles was amazing from start to finish. I had great views from their 70th floor lobby and each meal that I had was delicious! I will definitely stay here more often and I can’t wait for the next one.
