DIFY Dauphiné - Part Dieu
This apartment will charm you with its cosy side: modern decor, very well equipped and bright. It is located in the quiet and residential area of Part Dieu. It is a 10-minute walk from the Part Dieu train station.
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160x200), the other with a double bed (140x200) and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed). You will have the entire apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning. It is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as bed linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. A single set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
Check-in at the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
Cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.

You will find something for all tastes, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to the Old Town. By staying here, you can travel almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its cathedrals St Paul and St Georges, the traboules and its famous Lyonnais bouchons.
The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the Part Dieu train station and the tram is at the foot of the building, direct to Part-Dieu.
Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from the Part-Dieu train station).

Nice flat with a great location
The flat is nice and convientely located. The flat is located in the 2nd floor (1st floor for Europeans). A bit noisy in the mornings but ok. We liked the location and the beds were nice and comfortable with big closets.
The kitchen was nice although we didn't cook once as we spent each entire day out. Only hiccup during our stay was with not having hot water on the last night of our stay. It was hard showering with cold water.
If coming back we'd love to stay there again. Thank you.

Lors de notre arrivé a l'appart, il y a eu quelqu'un qui est rapidement venu nous rencontrer pour nous remettre les clefs. Il ne connaissait vraisemblement pas les détails, mais bon.
Le housekeeper était sur place et nous avons quitter pour une heure ou 2 le temps que le ménage soit fait. Malheureusement, se fut un ménage rapide. Nous avons du laver le plancher avec un moppe laissée dans un placard, mais sans savon, car il restait beaucoup de taches. Il y avait un tapis gris dans le salon, qui n'était pas vraiment invitant. Nous l'avons roulé et mis de coté durant toute notre séjour. Il y avait tres peu d'accessoires pour la cuisine et rien pour l'entretient et le nettoyage de l'appart. Dans une des chambres, une des taies d'oreillé était taché de trace noire. L'entrée et les escaliers pour atteindre l'appart, manquait énormément d'entretien. Ne vous fier pas aux photos de l'annonce, elles sont pas vraiment représentatives. Malgré tous cela, nous nous sommes adapté a cette environnement, mais si un jour, nous retournons a Lyon, se ne sera pas notre 1ier choix.
