Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. 1. Housekeeping Issues: It took over THREE hours to get a towel delivered to our room, and nobody answered the housekeeping phone despite multiple attempts. When we opened the sofa bed, we were hit with a horrible smell—like urine. Completely unacceptable. 2. Parking Nightmare: There were no parking spots available. We had to drive around for what felt like forever just to find a place to park. A hotel should have sufficient parking for its guests. 3. Rude Staff: The staff was dismissive and rude when we brought up our concerns. There was no effort to resolve the issues or even offer an apology. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with poor service, rude staff, and a lack of basic cleanliness. Look elsewhere.
