Worst night of my life

We had people out in the middle patio right by our window talking loud and listening to music. It was 10 o’clock when we turned the TV off and it was semi quiet. Only to hear a couple arguing all night long!!! I could hear them to my room like if they where staying in our room smh.. I finally was able to get some sleep around 6 a.m only to hear the early bird people start talking around 7 and waking us up. The place smelled musky and the rooms were not pleasant looking at all like the pictures. Definitely not happy with the place at all.

I booked last minute due to missing my flight. No elevators, room numbers were not in any sort of order. Only sheets on the bed ( I get its miami but it was freezing 40 degrees) had to ask for a blanket. The bed looked slept in and there was garbage in the trash. Says theres a restaurant? There definitely isn't. Noticeable furballs on the floor and the area was sketchy AF. Close to the airport though. Wouldn't give me a refund, said they would get be a blanket and they should solve everything. I left anyways. This is not a $250/night property. I travel often alone and I definitely felt unsafe.

Only had one sheet on the bed to cover with, asked staff for a blanket, NO BLANKETS. Have to cover up with the towels. Dirty, super small room, heat in room did not work, walls are paper thin, can hear conversation in other rooms, outside noise, feared for my safety due to location, only had a small shower.

Nothing good. When I arrive was 4 cops arresting the the drogs people in the hotel . Homeless people all over. The worst 😫 place i ever see. I Don recommended .

Brrrrr!

Arrived later in the evening. The weather outside was 50-something degrees. The AC in the room was blowing. It was so cold! I go to get under the blankets to see that there are none. The hotel had booked me next to this little shop thing they have. Whenever someone visits this shop, there's some automated recording that says something to the effect of, "Hello, welcome" repeatedly the entire time the customer is in the store. After hearing it 50+ times, I decided to request a room change and blanket for the bed. Finally, I got settled in the new room, and I can hear the neighbour snoring his lungs out. Whatever, it's better than the store recording. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, so that was good. Don't think I'd return.

I booked this hotel for a layover due to its proximity to the airport, shuttle service, and free breakfast, but the experience was terrible. Calls to arrange the airport transfer went unanswered, forcing me to use a rideshare. Upon arrival, the lobby was dirty, and there was no elevator. My room smelled of mildew, lacked heat or blankets, and had hair in the shower and stains on the bench. The phone didn’t work, and loud noise from the courtyard continued until 2 a.m. When I requested a blanket, I was told the hotel was unprepared for full occupancy. Worse, when I complained about noise, the receptionist publicly identified me to one of the guests causing the disturbance, making me feel unsafe. Though I accepted a late checkout, I was awakened by construction and loud music at 9 a.m. Additionally, the promised shuttle never arrived, and I had to use a rideshare to get to the airport. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic services was unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly discourage others from booking this hotel.

Upon checking in there was no elevator to haul 4 bags up to the 2nd floor! Once at our room there was no bedding on the bed, TV didn’t work nor did the phone to call the front desk!
