Very nice rooms, family friendly activities, Tidal Cove water park was great for everyone and the food was good quality - we didn’t have to leave the resort at all. Friendly staff members were everywhere. It seemed like a well run resort!

Great location in Aventura. Perfect for families. Very crowded in peak season. They forgot to leave towels several times during our stay in three different rooms we had booked. Also they forgot completely to clean one of the rooms one day. The property feels a bit dated but is well kept. Had an incident regarding being cut by broken glass around the adult pool. We had wished better customer service after the incident, but we managed to leave satisfied.
