Outdated and old hotel. Room was spacious for 2 people but cleanliness was questionable. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway. Check-in staff who helped us wasn’t friendly and courteous at all (he wasn’t Japanese; he looked like he might be East Indian). We stayed overnight. For a budget hotel, it’s conveniently located near the airport. Do NOT eat at this hotel’s restaurant, Avanti. The photos are deceiving — the food was absolutely horrible. The buffet dinner was overpriced. You’re better off getting your meal at the 7-Eleven in the hotel. That’s what we did after we were disgusted by the food at Avanti.

It is a perfect stopover before taking an evening trip. We paid $5 per hour fee for late checkout. The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which was very comfortable. We use their gym. Their noodle soup was good a la carte. 711 stays open, 24 hours a day. Bought water and desserts. This is the second time I use this hotel on a stopover.

Great, clean, friendly
Very nice hotel. Small, modest but comfortable bed and sheets. Water gets super hot for showers. Loved it. It has a seven eleven inside where I got my phone charger that I forgot. We also got the Disneyland tickets in that store. Nearest train station is 32 min walk or we took a taxi some days. The restaurant has decent prices and it’s all you can eat. Great is staying with large family. Very convenient with the airport shuttles. I would pick this place over and over.

This was convenient for the airport and our car hire location. There was plenty of parking at a small extra cost. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of foods. Our favourite was the pancake machine. Check in and out was easy. There was a reasonable selection of toiletries and the rooms were nice and dark and quiet.

I love everything about this hotel, first of all the hotel bus takes you from Narita airport to hotel, and Narita station,super convenience.easy check in and check out, 7-11 store inside the hotel.free delicious breakfast,big and quiet room,we had great sleep.I will definitely come back if I ever visit Tokyo again.

Great for a stay after traveling from CA. The shuttle outside airport took 30 min to arrive and then another 30 min to get to hotel since it made airport stops and pther hotel stop. Restaurant had a delish a la cart noodle dishes since buffet did not look appealing. Room was big for Japan. The gym was adequate. Bought just coffee for breakfast and took convenient although crowded shuttle to train station...20 min. Will stay here again when coming to and from NRT. Price was amazing

There is much improvement in breakfast food options. We entered the on-site breakfast restaurant before 9:30, but were reminded by the female security not so friendly after she saw me getting food close to 9:30. The night robes provided in the room smelled so sweaty that they were like not washed at all although nicely folded.

This hotel is excellent for its price. The rooms are clean and quite big. The hotel also has a great lounge on the ground floor. Since many flight crews stay at the hotel, the staff at the front desk speak excellent English. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and Narita airport. The shuttle takes 30 minutes. Typically there is one shuttle ride per hour, two rides during busy hours. The hotel serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, the meals are quite expensive relative to the room price. There is a mini-mart in the hotel. There is another mini-mart within 5 minute walk. You can get a quick bite to eat for less than $5. Within 10 minutes walk, there is a Thai restaurant, two inexpensive rice and noodle restaurants, a steak restaurant. In particular, I highly recommend a restaurant called Royal Host. Don't let the big pan cake ad at the front door fool you. It is a great sea food restaurant that compares favorably with our Legal Seafood in US. Within 45 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Naritasan. In Naritasan, we will find a long street of interesting traditional shops and restaurants, leading to a magnificent temple. The hotel is good for our one night stay for catch an early flight the following morning. It has scheduled bus to pick up and drop off guest to and from airport, earliest is 5 or so in the morning from the hotel, latest at 23:00 from the airport (Narita）

Free shuttle to/from airport makes the transportation very convenient, so as the free shuttle between JR station and shopping mall is a plus.
