The location is excellent. The rooms are comfy and “big enough” (for NYC standards). The service (and the staff) are TERRIBLE. They have 3 elevators available for guests and staff alike. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. Mainly because of the bad service.

Horrible restaurant in hotel
The hotel was lovely and the staff at the hotel portion were friendly and helpful. The staff at the restaurant in the hotel were horrible. They were rude to customers and the service was non existent. Seating you a minimum of 20min before wait staff would come to take a drink order and then not coming back at all over another 20min. We got up and left having to get food outside the hotel at 10pm at night due to the restaurant staff’s complete incompetence and lack of customer service. The service was extremely slow last year when we stayed her as well..but not this bad and the rudeness of the staff was unprofessional and u justified as customers were trying to inquire about their orders
