It is trendy spot for Instagram photos. No real security, as we were sitting in a private lounge area and a person off the street came in and helped themselves to free tea. Another group of guys were hanging around filming themselves with a bottle of alcohol, not exactly saying great things and then they left. Also they had dog poop on the walkway into the building that wasn’t cleaned up, in addition to a homeless person sleeping on the bench in their garden. The hallways were rather dark- trendy??? Also they had a real attitude at the rooftop hostess stand - we were hotel guests. A good location for all we wanted to do. Just could have a few employees that are engaging with hotel guests and managing the front door.

A very beautiful hotel! Has everything you could possibly need and within a walking distance to everything. Aesthetically pleasing, the food at popular was amazing. The vibe at The Roof was everything and not forgetting the bar man Ricky with his excellent service! Not forgetting the guy who works at Louis who is so good with names and makes you feel special even if you just grabbing and cup of coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon!

this place has been hyped up to me for years. the ads make it look great, and the social aspect of it is fine. if you’re going because you want to be at their new bar or the club cool, but the room itself was lackluster, didn’t fulfill what i was expecting, the view wasn’t appealing at all, everything was just kind of bland. i stayed at CitizenM a month prior and that hotel really had up to date rooms, and seemingly new decor, this place feels like it needs an update. feels like you’re there for the name. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, you don’t really interact with any staff unless you’re getting food, or have a to make a call to the room service, but if you’re looking to be wowed, this place didn’t do that for me. most likely wouldn’t stay here again, not because it was bad, but because for the price I know I would’ve enjoyed elsewhere better.
