A family of four (and a dog) in a cabin built for two is going to be, by definition, a bit close. That said, this little spot was perfect for our purposes -- a quick, end-of-summer escape. Cozy and clean, with easy access to a wonderful, not over-developed Mason County lake which is still relatively free of too many lawns and cut trees and the resulting problems this can cause for waterfronts (no algae, milfoil, etc.). Quiet while we were there, it had an offseason feel, but that might be because the restaurant was closed during the early part of the week. It was very near to a arterial road, but the traffic was light.
