This property is very convenient if you are looking to stay at Seacrest. You are literally steps from the awesome pool. And the beach is very walkable even with a load or you can take the tram which passes by all the time since you are on one of the main streets going in and out of community. Easy walk to Rosemary Square or Alys Beach, just a couple of blocks either direction.
The house is well decorated, in a beachy theme. All of the beds and pillows were comfortable. I will admit there is one chair that is just for looks because it is uncomfortable, and I am not a fan of the couches that just have multiple cushions for the back rest. But we were at the beach and did not hang out there much any way.
The house has 6 decks and we spent time on the upper ones, the lower ones did not have furniture. My main negative is there is no yard at all, but a lot of homes in Seacrest are like this. The front yard is 2 parking spaces and the back yard is 3 parking spaces overlooking a street. The bikes and chairs were a plus and rental company is easy to deal with at Rosemary square, although they did not in form me that painters would be there for a couple of days(painted outside of house, did not affect our stay).
Overall we hated to leave, but Hurricane Michael forced us out a little early, Here is a warning--The RED TIDE is real. Most people limit there time oceanside because everyone is sitting there coughing, and there are dead fish in the water (not a lot but enough), you cant smell it but there is an agitant in the air, especially bad for people with breathing issues.
