"Disappointing Stay at AP Maria Nova Lounge" I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge in Tavira. The service I received fell far below expectations, especially considering the price point. Our experience began poorly when we were asked to carry our own snacks from the restaurant to the pool, despite requesting poolside service. The 8-course New Year's Eve dinner was a complete disaster. Not a single dish was served at the correct temperature, and the wine pairing was subpar. When we inquired about a digestif, we were initially told it would be an extra charge, only to be denied the option altogether. However, I was able to purchase a cognac at the snack bar. The hotel itself appears outdated, and the service reflects this. The minibar was empty upon arrival, and the welcome drink was handed to us at the check-out desk, forcing us to carry it and our luggage up to our room. Overall, my stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge was a major letdown. The poor service, subpar food, and outdated facilities do not justify the high prices. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"Wir waren in den Herbstferien 12 Tage in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus und hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Das gesamte Team des Ferienhauses war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war herrlich warm, genau das was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die nahegelegene Autobahn. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team des Ferienhauses für den guten Service."
