Le studio, avec sa propre entrée, est situé au quatrième étage d'un bel immeuble, avec ascenseur, au coeur du quartier animé de Monti. Dans le studio il y a un lit double et un canapé-lit double, une armoire, une table console, de petites armoires, un mini-réfrigérateur et une bouilloire électrique.
La salle de bain est équipée d'un lavabo, WC, bidet, douche, sèche-cheveux.
La chambre est équipée d'un système de climatisation Daikin, de chauffage et de refroidissement, d'un réseau Ethernet à fibre optique de 100 Mbps, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une télévision par satellite. Depuis le balcon avec une petite table et deux chaises, qui fait face à la colline du Capitole, vous pouvez profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la vieille ville.

Perfect location
We had an amazing trip in Rome and the flat is perfect. Very clean, very good situation (Colisee In the corner at the street), Alberto is really friendly and helpful. We don't speak english very good and His son is really nice and good translator. We loved it! Don't hésitate with the flat! Everything is close at foots : Colisée 2 minutes, Fountain Trevi 15 minutes, Piazza de spagna 20'minutes) and the metro is really close but we have to prefer to visit in walking. The street is really nice, Beautiful. Sincerely, everything is perfect.

Fabulous location close to the Colosseum
We had a great stay right near the Colosseum. Perfect location! Many restaurants and shops within a block of the location. The space was very clean and quiet. The owner was flexible for check in and immediately available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the location of this property. And it has a balcony, which I love. You can see the Colosseum from the front door. Be sure to walk there and take a picture at night.

Rome with a view
The location was excellent… we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night with a glass of wine after a long day of touring. Although small, this property had everything we needed.

The studio met our needs while visiting Rome for four days. It was clean and the shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! The best part though, was stepping out the front door and seeing the colosseum just 400 feet away. The views from the terrace was also nice!

A neat comfortable room with a lovely little balcony. The location is great, with the Coliseum so very close. The owner was friendly and everything was very clean. My open suggestion would be that "studio" implies that there is some kind of kitchen, which there is not, Otherwise , a lovely place I will certainly recommend to friends.

Great spot very close to Colosseum
It's a small studio, but for the 1 night we needed before our cruise it fit us perfectly. It's about 1 block from the Colosseum and a very nice cafe on the corner for breakfast. There's a good basement restaurant 1 block in the opposite direction, so very convenient. It was also very quiet, for being so close to a tourist area. The only hard part was hauling our suitcases up and down the short flight of stairs to/from the elevator, but that was pretty minor all things considered. We'd definitely stay here again (hopefully with less luggage! :)

Colosseum Wonder!
We had a lovely stay during our time in Rome. Apartment is on a quiet street just steps from the colosseum. We appreciated the elevator, small balcony, and nice amenities like the nespresso and having an iron available. The host was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!

Beautiful Studio in great location!
We enjoyed our late September stay in this delightful studio apartment, located a short walk to the Colosseum and the Forum. The apartment was well appointed and quiet, and everything you need for a good rest after a day of touring and sightseeing. There are some lovely, small restaurants a very short distance away, too, which is perfect for getting a good dinner (and wine) after a long day. Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with and check in was a snap--he even set us up with a Firestick for Netflix streaming! We highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a short stay in this studio apartment. The location was ideal and the apartment was easy to find. The apartment had an elevator, which made getting luggage and children up to the apartment a breeze. Alberto was always available to us and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We appreciated the local map and restaurant recommendations that was left for us. We were a party of 4, 2 young children and 2 adults. The studio apartment worked perfectly for our needs. The apartment was very clean and we felt very comfortable here. If I return to Rome, I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Alberto

Lovely Apartment
My wife and I stayed in Alberto's apartment for a short stint during our Honeymoon. The apartment is small, but we weren't anticipating spending a lot of time in doors. It has a comfortable sized bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with views of the Forum. Which my wife and I routinely spent our evenings before dinner drinking a glass of wine. It is located just steps away from the Colosseum, and taxis are readily available nearby. The street has some nice mom and pop restaurants, but we took taxi's into the city for dinner. Alberto's son checked us into the apartment. The elevator was not working, so we walked about five flights of stairs. Much needed after our big lunches. Do not be alarmed when he asks for a photo of your passport, it is Italian law. I would recommend this apartment to couples who are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a weekend, and do not expect to spend a lot of time in the apartment.
