Ideally located in a popular location, at the foot of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 50m² holiday gite offering high quality private accommodation, with enclosed grounds of around 250m², plus private and secure parking with automatic gate (common to the 3 gites of the property).
3 * furnished prefectural classification.

Cottage with a maximum capacity of 6 people (4 adults maximum) completely independent, not overlooked, only the fenced and secure parking is to be shared.
The cottage La Pausa has been decorated and furnished with taste and softness, you will be able to appreciate more its comfort and complete equipment.

Nearby nearby: the Ardèche river and also the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, all accessible on foot or by bike (cycle path to the village on 3/4), and even a canoe trip a few minutes' walk from the cottages !

The garden is fenced, with covered and furnished terrace, and barbecue and small plancha available, 4 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs, garden shed, closed gate….

Sehr schöne Anlage

Geschickt gelegen, Freizeitaktivitäten wie Wandern Kanu oder Radfahren in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Im Haus war alles tipptopp und nichts an Ausstattung hat gefehlt.

Le gite est très bien équipé et très propre. La relation avec les propriétaires se fait sur le mode de la confiance et la personne qui accueille donne toutes les explications utiles pour l'utilisation des appareils ménagers. Le quartier est très calme, à la campagne mais très proche de Vallon Pont d'Arc. Clos sécurisé indispensable pour la présence d'enfants ou d'animaux domestiques. Très agréable séjour.

Super adresse, hésitez pas !

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. La propriétaire a été aux petits soins pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux. La location est très bien situé, bien équipée et sécurisée. Je vous recommande vivement de vous y arrêter et découvrir les paysages magnifiques de l’Ardèche.

Formidable !

Nous avons été agréablement surprises par ce gîte! Logement très bien entretenu, et suréquipé. Bel extérieur très bien aménager. Tout a été pensé avec soin et dans les moindre détails pour notre confort et notre bien être. On y est comme à la maison c’est le cas de le dire. Il ne vous faut que vos valises et rien d’autre! Parking fermé, lieu calme et reposant. Christine la gérante des lieux, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Et est restée à notre écoute et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Etant surplace, elle n’a pas hésité à ce déplacer en cas de besoin. Carine la propriétaire, est facilement joinable et à l’écoute. Merci à Christine et Carine de leurs bienveillance.

Good for a family

A clean and nice possession situated in a calm part of the Village, close to a pizzeria. There is a direct access to the river just a walk of 5mins away. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

SEJOUR IMPECCABLE

Le séjour a été très très agréable. Un contact avec Mme CUBERO très sympathique par un accueil très chaleureux et des explications claires et précises suites aux diverses questions. Aide précieuse pour passer un séjour dans les conditions les meilleures. Un accueil très agréable sur place par Christine Une superbe région avec de nombreuses visites à faire. Entre les vieilles pierres, les promenades au bord de l'eau, les sentiers....il y a de quoi faire. Même se laisser tenter par survoler les gorges en ULM à 150m de la résidence. Un logement top, aux équipements complets et très pratiques. Une propreté absolue, un confort des lieux nickel, une literie top. Vraiment super. Un intérieur impeccable, un extérieur permettant le repos en toute quiétude pas loin de la rivière Ardêche pour les amoureux de l'eau et non loin de toutes les commodités Et pour nous en plus l'accueil de deux toutous qui n'ont pas semblé se déplaire :)

Super Unterkunft, herrliche Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in La Pausa sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für alles ist gesorgt, Waschmittel, Seife,... Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, zum Fluss um zu baden sind es nur 5 Minuten zu gehen. Dort gibt es auch ein Kanuverleih. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Wanderungen ein. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Agréable séjour à vallon pont d’arc

J’ai trouvé une petite maison avec tout le confort. Il ne manque rien., que ce soit en vaisselles , la clim, la télé., lave linges et vaisselles Le lit est très confortable Tout est d’une propreté rare. Christine est présente dès le moindre soucis. Elle est très gentille, et fait tout ce qu’elle peut pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le jardin est appréciable, j’ai une petite chienne et elle a pu se promener sans risque car tout est bien clôturé. J’ai eu de très bon rapport avec la propriétaire par mail , elle me donnait tous les renseignements que je voulais avec une très grande gentillesse.Je serais bien rester un peu plus mais tout à une fin. Je languis déjà d’y retourner. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

Idéal pour un séjour familial

Logement fonctionnel et central pour des activités en famille (accrobranche, canöé, rivière à 100m, balade...) restaurant et supermarché à proximité ! Très bon séjour passsé aux gites des sources.
