"Nice hotel if stopping over in Waterford for a few days. 10 minute walk to town centre. Rooms modern and comfortable. Only issue was the cigarette smell in the room, despite it saying it was a no smoking room. Breakfast was extra, so had that in town at a cafe."

"Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit."
