"One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. ..."

"Stayed here for most of my trip in Vientiane. Close by to Talat Sao was of my main reasons why I chose to stay here. Outside from the TV not working, everything was good from the staff to the service and breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again."
