"We stay every year at least once for a mini break and it is always fantastic. Beds are super comfy, amazing bathrooms, helpful staff. Had breakfast both days this time as it was so good and worth the extra cost. Will be back in the summer for a birthday visit"

"I always enjoy staying at the Elms. I noticed where we stayed was extremely loud. You could hear every door shut and every conversation as people walked down the hall from inside the room. We lost water pressure on all three mornings. No water was coming out of the faucet or out of the shower."
