When we first booked, we called and informed them that our reservations are 10/30/24-11/4/24 and we weren’t going to arrive until 10/31 at 6am. We requested our room be ready then and they informed us that it will. When we arrived the room was not ready and they suggested we go eat and relax by the pool. After 4 1/2 hours we were really tired and decided to go check on our room again. The guy at the desk was insensitive and continued to brush us off. We then went back to the desk to ask for a supervisor at that point we were accommodated and placed into a room. The room and the resort were very beautiful and relaxing. For two days we kept asking them to bring us face towels & more water as we brushed our teeth with only bottled water, after the second day I requested we talk to management and they immediately brought us towels and water instead. We also asked that they do not clean our room to prevent anyone being there without us. Sunday we were gone enjoying the resort from about 10am-5pm and as we were getting ready for dinner, we realized they cleanedMonday morning as we were packing and gathering our things, I noticed inside of one of my bags a blanket I travel with was missing. Noticing that I went deeper into my purse to look inside another bag that was all the way at the bottom of my big back & should have been under the cover I had. We then noticed that $60 was missing that we were using to tip. We arrived with $160 and only spent $80 due to not leaving the resort.
