"Gebucht wurde ein Xihu-Aussicht Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Beim Check-in um 14 Uhr lt. Rezeption war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Dann sind wir zur Veranstaltung gegangen. Abend gegen 22Uhr bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit nur 1 Großbett, ohne Aussicht. Nach langer Diskussion mussten wir um 23Uhr nochmal Zimmer wechseln und bekamen endlich das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben. Wie kann das sein dass ein 5 Sterne-Hotel Rezeption bzw. Zimmervergabe so unprofessional ist? "
