"En principio, una estancia muy agradable, un hotel bonito y un buen servicio en general. Solo hubo un gran inconveniente. Al hacer el check-in, me dijeron que el desayuno estaba incluido. Al segundo día de la estancia, de repente me dijeron que el desayuno NO estaba incluido. Y querían cobrarme los dos desayunos aparte. Y tras hacerme escribir una nota explicando que me habían informado que el desayuno estaba incluido y firmarla, la funcionaria que me atendió dijo que ya no debía pagar ningún día, que con esto era suficiente, sin embargo cuando se hizo el check out, apareció nuevamente el tema del cobro del desayuno. El hotel y sus funcionarios deben manejar una información coherente e igual todos, porque en mi caso 3 personas intervinieron y cada una manejó información diferente. El error era claramente del hotel, sin que lo asumiese. Pero en lugar de admitir el error y asumir la responsabilidad, y comunicar más claramente la próxima vez lo que está incluido y lo que no, quisieron echarle la culpa al recepcionista (muy amable y competente) que me registró y cobrarle el desayuno, que por cierto es caro. Es una actitud muy mezquina para un hotel tan grande y bueno. Además, al hacer la reserva en Expedia, me pareció claro que el desayuno estaba incluido. Por lo tanto, no sé si el error fue realmente del hotel o de Expedia. "
