"Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, und alle waren sehr freundlich. Ausserdem ist es wirklich praktisch, dass rund um die Uhr Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung stehen und man sich dort einfach etwas zu essen holen kann. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, da es sehr nah am Bahnhof Luzern liegt. Vielen Dank!"
