Lovely hotel on top of a shopping center, in the middle of Bangkok's Chinatown. Pleasant room, comfortable bed, nice furnishings except for the sticky plastic chair. Bathroom OK but lighting totally insufficient for a shave. Lamp hangs in front of your face. Excellent buffet breakfast with a really large selection of European, Thai and Chinese fare. Very pleasant inner courtyard for breakfast or drinks. Friendly and helpful staff, English skills could be improved. A few steps away from the blue subway line, very convenient. Chinatown is a zoo and a delight. Good value for money.

More like an above average budget hotel. You need to take daily amenities from front desk. No complimentary instant coffee or tea in the room. Budget graded breakfast with limited varieties. Wondering how this hotel gets 9.2 rating! If skeptical over this comment, please go and try!

We love that it’s in the heart of Chinatown but away from the busiest street! The shower, water does leak a bit on the floor, making it somewhat messy, but other than that, we would stay here again!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and perfectly convenient location. They only issue is the elevator, which can become a very long wait during busy hrs. The stairs are not usable because they are locked from entering into any floor. You can exit to the stairs but it'll only let out at the ground floor. I often had to meet people in the lobby but had to wait for the elevator each time to go 1 flight from my 5th floor room. I understand safety concerns of the guest but I think at least unlock the hotel general floor level...

Great location and stay!
If you want a great hotel right in Chinatown this is an amazing option. Located just one block from Yaowarat this hotel is in a great location for street food and exploring Bangkok with a MRT stop right across the street. The room was exactly as advertised and very comfy and clean. Would recommend and stay again!

FANTASTIC, almost perfect!
Excellent. Best hotel I stayed for the price. The location, the lobby, the amenities, the service, the room. FANTASTIC. I only noticed a small thing they can improve: the shower in the room had a hinge that felt it was loose. And we were terrified it was going to break the glass. Also, the way the shower was built, the water pool by the corner and then leaks into the bathroom. It was annoying to have towels absorbing it. The tile grout needed deep cleaning, I think all this humidity is building mildew. The restaurant had a fantastic dinner menu. I was so happy there. ALL and all 4.5 out of 5
