Convenient location close to BKK airport. Staffs are ready round a clock - i arrived at 2am at BKK airport due to late arrival of my flight. Hotel sent me a van to pick us up in 10min after I registered at the airport . By the way, the hotel shuttle service is free. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, multiple staffs greeted me, offered us with welcome drink, and processed our checkin quickly. It helped me tremendously for catching up my schedule next day.

Perfect vacation location

I cannot give this hotel enough stars. The staff is amazing and so accommodating to tourists. There are people on staff to help with booking adventures, which is very appreciated for first time visitors. Thankful for their hospitality!!

It’s a beautiful piece it’s just that it’s in a very busy, rather industrial airport area. The staff and the property is first class but someone needs to review the prices in the bars! Absolutely ridiculously inflated…c’mon guys, 320b for an ounce of bourbon…200b for a small beer! The list we paid anywhere in thsiland was 80b. Please….youll sell way more at fair prices.
