A great first or last night in Thailand near BKK
Great staff, upgraded room due to pool being renovated. Sky bar food amazing, live bands excellent, staff super friendly, bed fabulously comfortable and soft white towels. Much better than expected. Shuttle bus from airport around 15mins every half hour for Thb100 each.

My key didn't work and bathroom door can't be locked. Also, it's a delux room, but the view left much to be desired. However, it's pretty spacious. I have 3 luggages and was able to open all of them at the same time, in the same area, and still have a lot of room to move around.

This hotel was good enough for the 4 hours of sleep that we needed it for before our international flight. But it was pretty rough. And there was a cockroach in our bathroom, which was disgusting. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to/from the airport was very good and convenient.

10 or so minute ride from the airport, keenly priced. Clean room with tea & coffee making facilities & lots of TV channels. Early morning call was offered and received promptly & 100 bhat van service back to airport, even at 5.30 am! Planes are heard from near by runway, but slept using ear plugs. Difficulty in the restaurant with being understood, asked for water with my meal and a beer poured instead, prices don't include local taxes, but were still reasonable and I enjoyed a red seafood curry.

Really bad experience.The toilet clug .We ask for plunger they give us toilet paper.They should have employees who can understands English.Hard to communicate to the employees.Front desk can’t really communicate when your asking questions they call another employees who can understand English.The room is not as I expected.The windows are dirty not well taking care of.the hotel needs to be updated really old.The swimming pool is under repair and I ask for swimming pool view so no pics .The restaurant is nice.The bell desk guy who take care of our laugage his really good and educated.He speaks really good English we always ask him for questions instead of the front desk.He download our grab ride so that we don’t take taxi cuz there more expensive.He’s very helpful sadly we didn’t get his name.Thank you for your help with out him I probably didn’t say good words for this hotel.Thank you bell boy .Hoping you read this comment.You know who you are.Excellent service from you.Thank you so much

S64, the restaurant had such a beautiful atmosphere! Live band, friendly staff, planes flying above. The hotel itself, although not the best option for Bangkok, is the best for the convenience of being near the airport with an inexpensive shuttle service! The hotel staff were very friendly.

Very home/apartment like and safe with gate guard in the front and card swipe to use evelator. The hotel has airport transportation which I recommend instead of taking taxi, which coastd about 500 baht and they take you the longest way possible.
