This is a fine airport hotel. Clean, nice people, relatively quiet area. They have a nice airport shuttle, which is convenient, and there is nothing to complain about. Recommended for an early flight out of Basel.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Mercure Bale! We called from the airport to ask the best way to reach the hotel, and the staff member came to pick us up! Likewise, they provided a shuttle back to the airport the next morning. The restaurant and pool area were excellent. We stayed with our two children (aged 8 and 11) and the room was perfect for our family! We would stay again without hesitation.
