"Wir (2 Erw. / 2 Kinder (7 14 J.)) haben diese Unterkunft für unseren Sommerurlaub aufgrund der Bewertungen und Bilder gebucht. Aber schon als wir angekommen sind, wussten wir, dass das keine gute Wahl war. Der Außen- und Innenbereich des Hotels unterschied sich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr stark von den Bildern auf der Buchungsplattform. Wir haben dennoch eingecheckt und uns das Zimmer angesehen. Es war dunkel, dreckig, muffig, klein und die Betten waren regelrecht ekelig und total durchgelegen. Das Bad war unsauber und kaputt. Nach einigem Hin und Her überlegen, haben wir mit der Dame am Empfang gesprochen und wollten wieder auschchecken. Sie hat uns erklrät, dass es jetzt (eineinhalb Stunden anch dem Check in) zu spät wäre, sie uns aber am kommenden Tag auschecken lassen kann. Das mussten wir so hinnehmen. Die kommende Nacht war seeehr unruhig. Auf dem Gang spielten bis nach Mitternacht wahnsinnig laut die Kinder der umliegenden Zimmer, die Türen wurden immer wieder geknallt, Musik war zu hören und auch die Qualität der Betten ließ uns kaum zur Ruhe kommen. Und unsere Toilette war direkt nach Ankunft verstopft. Ich bin am nächsten Morgen dann mit den Kindern zum "Frühstück" gegangen. Auch hier war alles dreckig. Es gab Kaffee, Wasser und Orangensaft. Aber niemand scherte sich um die Sauberkeit. Es haben sich viele alten Flecken im Bereich der Getränkestation gezeigt und auch beim Waffeleisen und dem Frühstücksbereich war alles dreckig. Sehr schade! "
