We had an incredible stay for our anniversary celebration. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel and had the experience of a lifetime. The second we walked in we were treated with deep respect and thoughtfulness. The restaurants were amazing, each morning we woke up to an amazing view with hand pressed tortillas, traditional dishes and familiar favorites. Carlos Hernandez with the breakfast team was incredible. He said he only worked there for a week! He made it feel like family!! The service at the beach during the day made it so we could relax completely and the evening over amazing dinner options and a sunset view with soothing live music was a dream. The private cozy ocean front and snorkeling options right next to the room felt like an adventure a few steps away. We very much hope to return one day

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool/beach area. It is safe and has 4 restaurants to choose from. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are great. The location of the hotel is off the main strip, so you would need to take a cab to town or restaurants. Not really walkable.

This hotel was very nice , we enjoyed our time here. The staff and service was excellent. The beach and pool areas were very nice. You can snorkel right off the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. The only thing that bothered us was the noise outside our room at night, seemed to echo. We stayed in the bldg with long corridors. Some rooms had extra doors to quiet the room but we did not have that. Other than that everything was excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though there were quiet a few other people staying there, it always felt quiet and private, never felt crowded. The room itself was nice and kept very clean. The bed was very firm, which is not what I like. But that's just my personal opinion and nothing wrong with the hotel. Other than that, I found the room very comfortable and have nothing to complain about. They gave me fresh bottles of free water every day which I appreciated. Every single staff member that I came across was super friendly and professional. They all were willing to help with anything you may need. I can't say enough about how accommodating and friendly the staff is. They have their own sandy beach, which is not common on Cozumel. There was good snorkeling right there where you can walk in. I appreciated that as well. They have an onsite scuba shop, called ScubaDu. They were also great and I will definitely use them again. If you're going to be diving, you can't do better than the combination of this hotel and scuba shop. Being able to wake up and get right on the boat at your hotel is very convenient, as well as their dive masters and boat crews are top notch. If there was anything I found lacking at this hotel, it was the food. It was just ok. So, I just started driving into town to eat, which is less than a 10 min drive. I found incredible food at the local restaurants and it was a fun part of the trip to try new places.

Loved this place. Everyone we engaged with was friendly, helpful. The place is beautiful and it has a new feel to it and the food is amazing! the view is stunning, amazing sunset. I'd compare this to our stay at 4 seasons/ Bora Bora; that's how good our experience was.
