For a 5* hotel only to have Nescafe Classic coffee in bedrooms is poor. Coffee apart, the facilities & staff were excellent. Brilliant breakfasts in beautiful restaurant.

Great stay at the Valamar. I got an oceanfront suite and the view was amazing. The air conditioner did not cool properly and upon request they will turn it down. It was saying it was 20 but it was really like 24 and too hot. They will come and have the ability to turn it down though. I got the room and half board which included breakfast and dinner and the buffet was really good, live music and a great view from the deck. All in all a great place to stay.

Great size room and balcony with amazing views. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. My only negative is that the fridge in the room was too small and because it was full of bar and soft drinks which you pay for it didn’t have enough room for us to put water in.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we had a wonderful time! Highlights were the pool - so quiet and peaceful with amazing views. Prosecco at breakfast - never had that before at anywhere I have stayed! The staff - all so attentive and helpful. The only negative I would say is that they didn’t offer complimentary water with dinner. It would have been nice to have had that included (as with breakfast where you could help yourself to bottles). I think that would have been a nice touch. But other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Great property. Beautiful hotel with beachfront area. About 10-15 min drive to old town and the main attractions of Dubrovnik. veey nice rooftop pool area. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Nice spacious room. AC worked well, good water pressure. Easy on site parking Highly recommended

ITs a level pro[perty with very high cleanliness standards and all the staff make a massive effort to be friendly and Smillie around the guests. the pools are great the beach is a little crowded but still lovely. the rooms was beautify with a fantastic view and lovely comfortable bed.

Rooms and hallways on the floors need renovations and improvements as they are very dated. They look like 3 stars hotel. The check in was ok but personnel for 5 stars hotel must be trained how to meet and greet the customers.

Thank views from the lobby are outstanding. Service was excellent. Although the rooms are large in size with beautiful balconies, they are dated. The headboard was peeling, but the bed was very comfortable breakfast was amazing. But they could use new towels

I expected better. At check in we weren’t asked to be helped with our luggage, the room was clean but average, and they charge you for everything with very inflated prices. The “hospitality” is overall missing. Also, the hallway walls had leaks, which added to the disappointment.

We really loved staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice. Great breakfast. Very nice location, amazing view of the lovely sunset and really privileged location, just 5 minutes walking from Coral Beach Club and a 15 minute drive from the Old Town. There are many activity options like diving and jetski on the site. Staff was very attentive so this made our stay really pleasant. Huge thank you to Paulo and Benjamin who helped us!
