"Extremely outdated and not worth the trip. I could name multiple things e.g. hallways are not clean, the room smells like mold, furniture has stains all over, service bare minimum, etc … Value for money is bad and this hotel needs a major refresh before charging those insane rates. They know they can do it during the summer season, but if you have a choice take a different hotel."

"Unser Zimmer im 17. Stock war groß, mit zwei Quenn Betten, welche sehr bequem waren. Die Aussicht auf die Hochhäuser war im Dunkeln sehr schön, aber auch laut. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen im dazugehörigen Restaurant „Margaux“war sehr gut! Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt in Seattle einmal im „Margaux“ gut gefrühstückt. Der Service war sehr gut!!! Um das Hotel waren sehr viele Obdachlose!! Wie an vielen anderen Stellen in Seattle aber auch. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen! Die Moonrail war schnell erreicht und eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke vom Hotel. "
