The hotel for the price was nice enough but I think we were given the worst view in Miami Beach, we were told this was the only room in the hotel with no view and we got it . We paid for an executive room with a city view and this is what we got!!

Sure, here’s the translation to English: “The rooms were small and not particularly cozy, as well as cold. It was incredibly noisy, both from the road and the corridor. The pool closed very early, already at six in the evening. The parking was super expensive. However, the staff were very friendly, especially the person at breakfast.”

The man working in the lobby was not pleasant. We spent $1000 to stay there for 2 nights and was told to not lounge on the couch in lobby. We were exhausted and waiting to head to airport and already checked out.

There were plenty of spots at the pool even though the hotel was sold out. The only problem we had was with the parking. We booked this hotel because there was parking, yes for an additional charge. We didn't have a car the 1st 2 nights but then we had a car on the 3rd night. When we pulled up to the hotel there was a sign "lot was full". We called the front desk and an associate told us there should be a spot for us since we had a room. Turns out there are over 300 rooms but only about 60 paring spots. This was not noted on their website. The parking is a separate vendor, also not noted on their website. The associated should never have given us false information. He should have said parking is a separate vendor you need to check with them regarding the full lot. We wasted time trying to figure it out.

Our stay at riu Miami Beach was excellent! The rooms and other areas are very clean. The pool area is nice with lots of chairs, and the included breakfast has to be one of the best parts! Great value. Would stay here again!

I had to park a couple of blocks away for all three nights because the hotel did not have enough parking for all of its guests. Due to this, I had to walk a few blocks in monsoon like winds and rain every time I needed to go somewhere in my car. Very inconvenient. A car is necessary as there’s not much to do in the immediate surrounding area except for the beach. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Pool area was nice and beach access was good. The room was nice and comfortable. Buffet is only open for breakfast and dinner but they have a small place with some offerings for lunch by the pool or in the lobby which was fine. Food in the buffet for dinner was good. Service was very good.

Property seemed very dated with an old hotel register system which made simple Services like charging things to the room hard to do. There was no phone at the valet desk so you couldn’t call down and request your car from the room. Staff was friendly, doing the best they could to be helpful

Great location on the beach Nextdoor to FAENA and the new Aman. Hotel is huge and the service and hotel a little quirky. Nice solid option of you need somewhere to stay while you explore Miami and the beach. 10-mins in a cab to South Beach. Pool area is lovely and direct access to the beach super nice too.

The room reeked of chemicals, and the windows barely opened to try and get the smell out (just a time pane not larger than a square foot). The housekeeping did not come one day, and the check guy went extremely slowly with the people in front of me, causing the process to take over 20 mins (at midnight, would have been nice if they were better staffed). The rooms were also old and not very well furnished. Don’t think it’s worth the money, there are much nicer hotels nearby
