The location is the only reason to charge the amount they do. I've never been snapped at in front of a full lobby just for bringing my rolling luggage in with me. The building is dirty and has holes in the floors and walls. The kitchen only has 4 forks and 4 glasses, even though it says you can have 6 people. Awful.

Nice experience. Family Friendly. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful Balcony Views. Also a free trolly passes in front of the hotel that will take you down to S. Miami for shopping & dinning.

If you want to be disrespected, taken advantage of feel unsafe, worry about your health, and not valued as a guest… then choose this place! There was mold in our bedroom and bathroom and rust on the vanities and door frames. This was our second time at this resort and sadly will be our last. Kevin at the front desk seem to have forgotten about us and the staff does not talk to each other regarding what guests are requesting and needing, example; toilet paper, clean linens, towels, soap etc. Our room was very dirty, there were stains on our bed sheets and pillows and on the carpet. The two times that I brought up these issues, The staff responded in an almost threatening manner “this may not be the place for you to stay and we can check you out if you would like” this happened within a couple of hours of check-in for our weeklong stay in Florida. This made my family and I feel so vulnerable and unsafe. Do Not Stay Here!

We tried to get towels after 3pm and was told there was no way to get towels. Housekeeping was gone. We had 4 people in our suite and the room had 6 big towels and two face cloths. Tv does not connect to internet, so we couldn't use any of our streaming services. Only option was local channels. We could never get the WiFi password/codes to work on our personal devices. Tried to call front desk, phones in room did not work had to walk to the front desk to ask questions.

The room smelt like cooked food. There was scratches on all the furniture and doors. Kitchen area looked like something out of a scary movie. I did not like how there was an extra door in the kitchen area. We moved the fridge in front of it because we were scared someone might be able to get in the door. The parking garage looked sketch.

I was very hesitant to book this place because of the reviews. I’m so glad I did! I stayed here for my bachelorette with 7 other girls. Check in was super easy, workers were nice (reviews said otherwise) and the condo was clean.

The location of the property, the size of the condo, view of the city and being right on the beach was all a plus but the overall structure of the building gets 1 star. It’s a much older building with the rust spots covered by paint, cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining room area, didn’t have and wash rags to take a bath, no dish towels or rags, cable kept going out and was only able to watch a few cable channels. This place need to be torn down and remodel

This is one of the worst hotels in Miami Collins Avenue. Please don’t go and waste your money, I could not believe what I have had to go through in this hotel. The carpet was absolutely dirty stains on every piece of the carpet not clean. My kids had to wear slippers throughout their room. There was a smell in every single cupboard that you cannot get rid of. There was a broken door in the bathroom and one thing I could not believe that there was live cockroaches running around in the room and on the balcony. Please don’t book this hotel you will truly regret it after. I have pictures to prove everything that I’m saying is true. And if you read the other reviews you can see how many complaints they have been getting and the haven’t even tried to make and Improvement.

The view/location is amazing! Really loved that! Limited service ; like ice only in 1 machine for the entire property and it broke on our 2nd day! The older Hispanic lady in the restaurant was absolutely horrible! Did not want to work and complained the entire time we were there about us being there so we left! Just HORRIBLE! We travel quite a bit and never had an experience like this. For the price it was a good deal. We had a 2 bedroom oceanfront corner unit.

The only thing that we did not like about our stay, was that housekeeping was closed at 5:30 so if we need more towels or we need something from housekeeping, we had to wait till the next day
