Lovely Gite
We rented the house as a base during a meditation retreat in nearby Temple sur Lot. It is a wonderful home, very comfy, lots of places to relax and read a book. Kitchen was well-stocked. The host was communicative, easy-going and accommodating. Because we traveled in the winter, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool but I imagine that’s a fantastic seasonal perk. The only less than stellar note is that the WiFi is subpar. The thick stone walls preclude good connection in certain rooms, for example there was zero WiFi (or cell signal) in the bedroom with the shower where I slept or in the kitchen. This was a drag as I explicitly asked before booking about the strength of the WiFi signal because I had to work during the evening and be on Zoom calls. The host assured me that while there was no fiber optic there was decent coverage and that absolutely was not my experience. When there was coverage it was slow. An upgrade in the WiFi would truly make this listing perfect. I would suggest if going in the winter that you bring hot water bottles. Ours came in handy because although there is heat, the mattress was very cold. That being said, we enjoyed the stay so much and would recommend it easily.

A little oasis of calm and tranquility
Exactly as expected from the advert, this house was full of charm and located in a very tranquil part of the Lot et Garonne countryside. Francoise and her family welcomed us on arrival, taking the time to show us around the property and grounds, as well as everything we needed to know. They stocked the fridge with soft drinks, a bottle of beer and delicious local wine and some local foie gras, which was a pleasant surprise! The furnishing of the property was beautiful and during a week of high 30s, the swimming pool was bliss! When we had a little concern over the filter of the pool, they were prompt in their response and immediately sent someone over to check it out. The property (equipped with alarm) and its grounds are so beautiful. The neighbour close-by is a farmer raising hens and growing fresh vegetables. We bought some local produce from him (tomatoes, courgettes) as well as eggs from his hens and a chicken he prepared for us that day! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed feeding the hens leftovers from our breakfast! The family also kindly left us a list of local shops and points of interest to visit. We especially enjoyed our visit to Monpazier (an hour drive away).

Oxygénant et tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Un vrai havre de paix et de quiétude, avec les chevreuils qui pointent le bout de leur nez dans le champ près du jardin. Il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire et le plus est vraiment ce magnifique jardin qui a permis aux enfants de se défouler (badminton, Molki à disposition). La table de ping-pong et la piscine donnent tout autant envie de se détendre sans beaucoup quitter les lieux pour visiter (même si la maison de la noisette pas loin vaut le détour). Le seul souci, c’est le manque de couverture téléphonique et un wifi assez faible pour une famille, dans une région fibrée. Mais cela n’a pas entâché le plaisir du séjour. Françoise est charmante et réactive. Autant dire que nous risquons de revenir ! Merci !

Bonne expérience
Bonnes vacances dans le pays de Serres, grande maison au style rustique gardant la fraîcheur, vaste jardin bien arboré, grande piscine, terrasses agréables, barbecue au charbon de bois. Propriétaire de la maison réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Le wifi pourrait être boosté et le robot de la piscine s'est montré capricieux mais ça n'a pas nui au séjour.

Superbe maison
Très bien accueillis par Françoise avec un panier gourmand pour bien débuter notre séjour. La maison dispose de tout le confort pour passer un séjour confortable. Le parc et la piscine sont superbes avec une vue sur les tournesols et la campagne. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Calme et sérénité
Cette grande et jolie maison est idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Le jardin ombragé est magnifique avec des arbres fruitiers qui donnent sur des champs de tournesol à perte de vue. Il y une grande piscine très agréable pour se rafraichir quand il fait chaud. Et la maison est très agréable à vivre, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, on peut y prendre les petits déjeuners, les déjeuners et les apéros sur les différentes terrasses. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Très belle maison dans la verdure sur les hauteurs qui donne une vue sur la campagne environnante. On voit le matin des lièvres, des renards et des biches. De vrai vacances reposantes.

Au vert !
Le Lot et Garonne une vraie belle découverte à ne pas manquer!!! On ne saurait trop vous conseiller tous les marchés matinaux, mais aussi les marchés gourmands. Passez aussi à Soleil Levain tous les mardis soirs pour les pains, miel, et légumes. Beaucoup de beaux villages, des bastides, de vieilles pierres, des châteaux, et de l'eau pour se rafraichir. Quant à la propriété, un très bon accueil et une maison de campagne, une vraie, comme si on arrivait chez nos grands-parents... Un très beau parc verdoyant et entretenu, une piscine sécurisée, des poules et un coq qui savent attendre 9h pour chanter! La maison (dans un hameau au calme) est très bien située pour visiter toutes les merveilles du coin à moins de 30min de route. Un charme désuet, d'antan, la maison étant très ancienne et possédant aussi son histoire. A découvrir sans tarder.

Belle semaine de vacances à Montpezat
Jolie maison de caractère, fraîche mais malheureusement trop humide. On peut regretter aussi la disparité et la vétusté de la vaisselle et l’absence d’un couteau qui coupe dans la maison … La découverte de mugs encore plein de chocolat collé au fond nous a poussé à vider les placards et faire tourner 2 machines à laver pour être rassuré. Le réseau wifi est faible et surtout limité à la proximité du décodeur. La belle piscine, le très grand terrain bien entretenu, le barbecue dans le salon extérieur, la table de Ping Pong et les jouets pour les enfants sont les points forts de la maison. Tels sont nos commentaires sincères d’une semaine de vacances réussies à Montpezat.

Très belle maison meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans un parc donnant sur la campagne. Excellent point de séjour et de départ pour découvrir les alentours. Et les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux : merci à eux !

Splendide à tous égards.
Nous avons énormément apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires toujours disponibles pour donner conseils et rendre service. La maison quant à elle est belle très confortable et nous 6 y avons passé d’excellents moments. La piscine, le grand préau, le grand jardin sont aussi accueillant que le montent les photos.
