Beautiful property. Valet parking was ok. They told me an hour to get my car. 30 minutes, which was great except they called and told me I had to leave 30 minutes before check-out because they parked the car across the street. Housekeeping came in before I checked out. I understand they need to switch over rooms, but I paid for the room and wanted to stay until check out.

Stayed here recently and felt disappointed in this hotel generally. Some of this is my fault for not doing enough research on the area, as it's basically Times Square and an absolute tourist trap. Hence, I'll only comment on the hotel. Pros: liked the food at Altair, general lobby area was very cute, valet and front desk folks were quite nice. Cons: rooms were so small that you barely had room to move around, housekeeping did not replace dirty cups or new water bottles everyday and seemed to leave our prior damp bathroom mat, both the blow dryers we received seemed to be old and broken, no closet space (just a hanger), our phone had to be replaced because it wasn't working, bathroom was so small that you couldn't move much without touching a wall.
