Great location. Spend 2 days to check out the city and attend NYCC. Staff was great, very attentive, assisted with any concerns, or questions i had regarding the city or transportion. Hotel and room were all great. Will definitely be back to spend a few more days again.

The hotel is absolutely outstanding. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the room was ready even earlier than expected. The room was super comfortable and clean, with everything looking new and well-maintained. The noise isolation was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has an amazing restaurant downstairs, as well as a great bar with exceptional baristas and coffee. The location in midtown is also great. The staff was super friendly and thoughtful. Additionally, they provided two free water bottles in the room, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel. Special respect to the management team - your work is noticeable!

This is a boutique hotel in the Hudson Yards area of NYC. Very cool place. Rooms are a little small but very up to date and immaculate. You could not hear any street noise on our 15th floor. Highly recommended.

Clean and overall nice hotel. However, our fridge wasn’t working and when I called down to get help, they said they would send someone to take a look at it, but no one came and eventually we had to leave for dinner. There was no follow up around this. Check in was slow, no room available during check in time and no acknowledgement/good customer service for this inconvenience. Overall, not terrible and not the end of the world, but for the money you pay to stay at a hotel now a days shouldn’t feel just transactional.

Really gorgeous lobby and layout of the hotel. Good location to be near lots in midtown. Housekeeping slacked a bit, either didn’t come or forgot to restock things like toilet paper or more conditioner even after asking before going out for the day. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but 4 people sharing tight quarters it was noticeable. But didn’t make or break, would still stay here again!

The Arlo had really nice staff. The hotel is not all that clean and the area surround it. I guess it’s just New York. Would I stay here again? Probbaly not but had a great time in NYC as always.

I really liked this hotel. The room was small but incredibly cozy. The staff was friendly and professional. The double insulation on the window helped keep the noisy street quiet. I slept very good and I am a light sleeper usually. Only minor issue is the street in front of the main entrance is touch and go. It’s a bit sketchy with some sketchy looking people hanging out on the Main Street. I didn’t feel unsafe but I would advise anyone to keep their eyes open and stay alert. (This is probably anywhere in NYC). Great hotel though
