The property was a truly beautiful place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to answer all my questions and aid in any way they could. The hotel is close to all the theaters and entertainment, and since it is located in Hell's Kitchen, there are plenty of dining options in every direction.

We normally stay at The Lotte Palace and decided to stay here since it was closer to MSG. Room was a decent size. CLEAN. Good location. Easy walk to access the subway. Good restaurants nearby. We will be coming back here!
