The resort overall was clean. The staff would take towels/floor mats when cleaning the room and not leave a replacement. The play areas were worn out and the game tables were in need of replacement. Dining was lackluster. The dinner options took far too long to be served and the fact that the wait staff were non existent during meals was disappointing. We felt held hostage by the lack of choices. Dishes we ordered were missed on multiple occasions. With a young family it was troublesome to wait so long for dinner. Buffet options for evening would be appreciated. Forget room service instead, it took over an hour to be delivered and arrived cold. At one point an order was lost and never delivered to the room. In addition, we all came down with a stomach bug and believe it was from the lunch service not being cooked properly. Our grandson had to be treated by the physician for a terrible rash ,HFM, he picked up at the playground. The affordability was unfortunately eclipsed by these untenable factors.

I recently stayed in the Ruby Suite at this property, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and concerns. The suite itself was fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and with a peaceful, amazing view that really made the stay enjoyable. The room was also cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. However, my experience with the food service was extremely disappointing. It took over an hour and a half for my order to arrive, which is far too long for any type of meal service. Additionally, I had an unfortunate incident where one of the staff members took $400 CAD from my purse. While I can't say for certain who was responsible, I did notice some odd behavior when a staff member knocked on my door to refill the toilet roll and towels. I was in the room at the time, and she slightly opened my closet door, even though no refills were needed in that area. When I questioned her about it, she smiled and left without an explanation, which raised some suspicions. While this situation didn't ruin the entire experience, I would caution others to avoid leaving valuables in the room. Overall, the stay had some great moments, but the issues with service and the security concern left me feeling uneasy.

One of the worst resorts we ever stayed at! Got in late and went to the late night snack bar since we hadn't had dinner yet. All the food was stale, bland or tasted like it was cooked in cigarette smoke, we decided to go back to our room and order room service. Ended up having to call the front desk to order because no one would pick up for the room service number, we were told 45 minutes but ended up waiting 2 hours only to get burgers that were still pink. Our bathroom had no soap, hand towels or face cloths. Then when we drank the couple water bottles that were in the room we had to ask for more which were never brought in the end so we just had to go to the buffet and get someone to give us glasses of water. The next day we tried the buffet for breakfast and again most things were stale or tasted like cigarette smoke again, at this point our kids and us had only eaten fruit. We spent the day at the pool since the water park looked pretty gross and the slides were leaking quite a bit. We tried to order food from the snack bar there which ended up taking 3 hours! They are extremely understaffed and were quiet rude when we would ask multiple times for things. Most of the place was extremely run down, and alot of things broken or not working properly. There was next to no beach area as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here at all!

Our stay at Sensira All-Inclusive Resort was a mix of good moments and frustrating issues. We stayed with our two young daughters and chose it for the value and kids' club. The resort had some nice areas, but many parts were in poor condition—broken basketball nets, a damaged climbing wall, and unkempt beaches. The pools were cold at this time of year, and while the water park was a hit with the kids, the swim-up bar was closed for most of our stay. The biggest problem was understaffing. Dining was a nightmare with long waits of up to two hours at restaurants, and room service was slow. The beach bar had long delays as well. The kids' club was understaffed too, with just one worker managing a group of children. Housekeeping was inconsistent; we once had towels taken but not replaced, forcing us to scramble for replacements. On the positive side, the food was generally good, especially the fish tacos at the beach bar. Our ocean-view room was spacious, though partially obstructed by the resort’s design. By Thursday, service improved a bit, and the buffet was finally opened for dinner, which helped free up the restaurants. This resort has potential but is poorly managed. It feels like there are a lot of simple fixes—like a formal cabana reservation system, restaurant reservations, and self-service areas—to improve the experience. If you decide to go, I’d recommend hoping for a good day since the service can be incredibly inconsistent.

we arrived during the Thanksgiving holiday period but despite the insufficient number of staff compared to the occupancy of the hotel, the staff remained kind and efficient in the face of the impatience of the customers

Worst hotel experience in my life, understaffed and disorganized wherever you look. Excepting the guys at the lobby bar and at Knights, the rest of the facilities are clearly under staffed and they don’t seem to care about it. Wait time for Rodeo is at least an hour and for Tentazzione and Rodeo be sure to get there before you get hungry because you will need to wait at least another hour to get your food. On arrival they messed up my reservation so I had to wait an hour before my room was ready without an apology from the hotel, should’ve seen it coming from there. On Friday they got a group and they had a party on the terrace pf the third floor that is adjacent to all te rooms instead of having it in one of the bars so everyone on the third floor had to listen to their party until they fell like it, which it was well after midnight, so much for a family hotel. This is a cheap managed hotel pretending to be a five star hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!
