The room was ok. No hot water, the sink smelled so bad (sewer) the shower heads were so rusty, and bathroom cabinet needed repairs. It took us forever to check in, from one place to another. “Reception” didn’t know how to check our reservation. Got bounced back and forth. They did not do the effort to even tell us how to get to the pool, if there was even one. We didn’t find it, no one to ask. Elevators were broken. Over all I would only recommend if staying for just 1 night.

Definitely not a good choice. Luckily it was only for one night. Entertainment and food choices around the hotel is awesome. I enjoyed the area but the accommodations are deceiving. It’s a $50 room at best

I recently stayed at the Ducassi Suites Rooftop Pool Beach Club & Spa, and overall, the experience was decent, but not exceptional. The location is one of the strongest aspects of the property, as it’s conveniently close to the beach and nearby shops, making it easy to explore the local area. The rooftop pool was a nice feature, providing great views of the surroundings, though it did get crowded at times. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I felt they were a bit basic in terms of amenities. Some of the furniture seemed a bit outdated, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected. The bed was comfortable, though, and housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy. The beach club was nice, but there were additional charges for certain amenities, which felt a bit unnecessary given the price of the stay. The spa was relaxing, though I found the services to be somewhat overpriced compared to similar hotels in the area. Customer service was hit-or-miss. Some staff members were very friendly and helpful, while others seemed indifferent and not as attentive. Check-in took longer than expected, and communication could have been better throughout the stay. In summary, Ducassi Suites has some good qualities, like the location and the rooftop pool, but there were some drawbacks in terms of room quality and service. Amazing Experience at this hotel. We went for our anniversary and they made our state outstanding with amazing service and food. The shadow afternoon, grade beach views, very clean. Stuff is friendly and responsive. Would come again and to the best friends!!

The property was not as the pictures showed it to be. There was no hot water, the bedding was completely unacceptable. After one night of being there asked to be transferred to their other property across the street. The cat's corner that you see in the pictures is not really how it looks and to get there at times is unsafe. Even after we trans ferred over to the property next door although it was better in looks. It was still unacceptable bedding was awful and no hot water. After being on their properties for a total of three nights. We could not handle it anymore and went down to Brevard Beach resort which was extremely nice less expensive and finally we able to have a vacation that we thought we were receiving. So don't wait to cancel your reservation at this place. Because at this point the property has not offered to help or reimburse at all for the four nights we did not stay there. Very unsatisfied and we'll never stay at that property again far from a resort.....I've stayed in a two-star hotels that were better than that!!!!

Door for room only had a regular key lock and door looked like it was pushed open before. We only stayed one night and didn’t use the shower as the rust on the plumbing and also floor didn’t look clean. Also we were only give. Two towels - no hand towel or wash cloth was given. The pool was not clean and had plastic lounge and big whole where construction was happening. Also room was changed from one hotel on day of Checkin. View is nice but that is it.

The pictures and descriptions are so far off base of what it actually is. Old and in very poor condition. We had no hot water the entire stay. Panhandlers hang around out front. We given tokens for free breakfast and the restaurant that was supposed to use them at, acted like they did not know anything about it. Not very close to the beach either. The pool was in very poor shape and no chairs around the pool.
