We got locked out our room a couple times and we had to walk back to get the keys reprogramed, and I have a bad knee. our room had a stale smell to it. It was hard talking to people, very few spoke English. We are older and couldn’t go to sleep until they were done partying, because the music was to loud.

We had a great time, couldn't be happier. The beach was beautiful, pools were lovely. My husband was totally impressed with the top end liquor, the restaurants were all wonderful. The grounds were exceptional and most of the staff were so friendly with a few exceptions but we didn't let that bother us. Our butler ( Mario Candio) was the best, he managed to track us down no matter where we were. A thumbs up to the ladies who took care of our rooms they were so nice. We will definitely be returning.

Had a lot of fun with 2 young kids. Huge, beautiful property. Buffets could be better, food variety and quality was lower than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Also their eco initiatives are a bit much - no straws at all and only one beach towel per person per day detracts from the vacation experience

The property was very clean, and the staff was responsive. The maids cleaned the room while the "do not disturb" sign was on the door. They were short face towels, I was often given 1 while I have 2 guests in my room. The towel sets were dingy. I would visit again!

This is not a 5 start property. 2.5-3 tops. The only reason it has 5 stars is because they have entertainers walking around with QR codes asking you for a 5 start review and or taking your phone to give themself a review. This property is old and needs a major renovation. The rooms look nothing like the pictures they have posted online, they’re old and dirty, I felt like we got catfished. Avoid it at all costs.
