The new renovated rooom lighting is much brighter than the old rooms. Love the cleanliness. The problem is the room keys. We walked up and down 3 times to change for a new set of keys because the keys was malfunctioned even the front desk reactivated and changed a new set 3 times.It wasted mr at least 30 mind. Otherwise, the staff service was great. Will definitely stay here again the next time.

This is the second time in two years that I booked a six-day stay at this hotel. Both times, I reserved a king room. However, when I arrived, I was given a room right next to the elevators. The entire room vibrated every time the elevator operated. On both occasions, I was told there were no other king rooms available. Is that even possible in such a large hotel? Both last year and this year, they downgraded me to a room with two queen beds. This year, to make things worse, the heater in my room didn’t work. When I reported it to the manager, they initially did nothing. When I brought it up again, they only replaced the filter, which obviously didn’t resolve the issue since the temperature from the heater remained the same. I can’t help but wonder if this poor service is because I booked the hotel through the Expedia website. It feels like customers who book through this platform are treated differently.

The immaculate view from the room, and then giving the option to upgrade the room when I had arrived for not much more it was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely be going back to Atlantis. It was a great time. An amazing establishment. One downfall I did not like was the hidden gratuity fees, since I had given someone a tip and then found out I had tipped that same person twice before I actually known. I would say that is the only downfall. Since I believe I reserve the right to tip on the basis of what I believe in service not what they automatically assume they believe they should get.
