The hotel was decent. The casino isn't as nice as I remembered it. Hard to get a drink on the casino floor and the machines were really tight. To be fair all of the downtown area seems to be the same.

I was disappointed with the outdatedness of the room we stayed in. We paid extra to stay in a “premium king” and it was like we time traveled back to 1990. We have previously stayed at the Silver Legacy which was amazing! But the Eldorado seemed as though it did not realize it was 2024. We will not make the mistake of staying there again. Besides the room itself everything else was great. If you are weighing the option of Silver Legacy and Eldorado do yourself a favor and stay at Silver Legcay.

I like that there are three different casinos connected together with numerous dining options available. The ice machine was loud and other guests in the rooms around ours kept slamming their doors and talking very loud.

The property was convenient. The lobby had way too many stairs, it reminded me of the Escher print with the stair illusions, but it was navigable. Easy access to all properties on the Row. it was right next to the Reno Sign so that was nice in the evening.

I tried to get another room since the room I got smelled sooo much like Tabacco .. my head was hurting so much from it and fyi no I’m not a drinker .. unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a different room .. hopefully next time is a better experience

I've never encountered such rude personnel. I will never go back to this property . There were so many prostitutes on the property and outside. Our room on 15th floor was somewhere where there was very loud music it was not a pleasant stay to say the least.
