"Das Preisleistungsverhältnis als 4 Sterne Hotel stimmt nicht verglichen mit anderen 4 Sterne Hotels in Zermatt, die durchweg besser sind. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und entsprechend Triste. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ebenfalls begrenzt. Die Sauna ist ein einziger Raum, daher ist wohl auch kein Foto zu sehen. Das Pesonal spricht wenig bis gar kein Deutsch. Die Loungs ist ebenfalls nicht vergleichbar mit der Gemütlichkeit anderer Hotels in Zermatt. Auf der Webseite steht zwar das Hotel sein neu renoviert uns hat es aber den Eindruck hinterlassen es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit und die nahe Lager zur Gornergradbahn. Allerdings scheint das Hotel keinen Elektrobus zu besitzen, der eine auch mal von anderen Stationen abholen könnte. Die Lage ist direkt beim Bahnhof zermatt."
