Worst experience of my life if you a tourist trying to stay at this hotel I advise you not to stay. It’s more worth it to pay more money for a better service. The whole condition of the hotel is bad. There is barely people working they come for an hour and go home so if you need help with something you are on your own. The towel are dirty and ripped off. Not to talk about how they almost called the police on some some other tourist inside this because there were some misunderstanding with their reservation. Of what I got pick up from all that miss understanding is that the tourist were trying to explain to them what happened and all the workers cared about was that they paid for the miss understanding or they called the police now imagine getting the police called on you and your not from this country nor was it your fault for the miss understanding. Anyways going back to the hotel itself we slept all three days with the door unlocked and had to go out and leave the doors unlocked because the lock on the door is not working. So if someone comes in they can just easily break in the room. Trust me these place is worthless and disgusting

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Only slight complaint is that it is noisy on a night. Not "party" noise but you can hear everything in the rooms either side and every door shutting etc. Handy location for everything Es Canar has to offer as well

Clean rooms ,swimming pool a joke ,roof top terrace nice if you like packing crate furniture No one desk all the time ,front door wide open people off the street could walk in.main concern was breakfast and the lack of choice ,and bins being emptied 4.30 in morning If I go back to Es Cana it will not be to here

Friendly and helpful reception. Small room with all basic amenities. TV/ aircon, fridge. Fridge was old but impressive and can even keep ice which comes in handy. For the price excellent, but if you can afford it pay for the rooms with a sea view. Nice little terrace and tiny pool.

Ibiza being the prime tourist location of Europe its quite expensive and this hotel is quite affordable and with great view and have a nice location. Public transportation is quite accessible as well. Over all this hotel made our stay very convenient and pleasant.

Absolutely wonderful !
Stayed here for 7 nights during our recent trip to Es Cana and was not disappointed at all, the place ticked all the boxes and we found absolutely no faults with the room or the hotel. The room itself was quite small but as we only used it for sleeping, showering etc it was perfect for our needs, it was spotlessly clean, lovely decor and nice touches with the lights on the end of the beds as were the earplugs in case of need as our room faced onto the road and was quite noisy some nights with dustbin wagons, loud cars - we didn't need them as it wasn't an issue but some may. Check in/key collection was easy and no trouble at all and the staff were friendly and helpful in a couple of issues we came across and were resolved without hesitation. The location was ideal to explore the wonderful resort of Es Cana and was close to all the amenites and only a 50 metre walk to the ferry. We didn't use the outdoor pool & terrace or restaurant but both looked like lovely additions to the hotel as was the in room fridge and safe. We are regular visitors to Es Cana and would not hesitate to book here again, all in all a lovely hotel which made our stay perfect. Thank You and see you again !!

Nice hotel in front of the beach and restaurants.
Easy to check in if it is a late arrival as us, clean room and comfortable beds, convenience hotel in front of the beach, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants. Familiar area, but also have a nightlife. Very recommendable price-value. I pick breakfast include and that was ok.

we Checked out after 1 night
I will be contacting you because we checked out after only one night stay! , so many things wrong with this hotel! Including the loudest power drill noise early in the morning on our first day! The fact that it states “breakfast Included” well.... cold ham and donuts was NOT whT I paid for! The beds were terrible and I woke up a metre away from my husband! Didn’t see reception staff til we checked out!! I have sooo much more to say but no room!

Little gem
Loved this hotel, the rooms are small, but everything that you need in it. Hot and cold air con, fridge, tv, funky ceiling fan, comfortable bed, big white fluffy towels, and a disco light shower head, very clean and a lovely chill out roof terrace. There’s no pool, but the hotel is opposite the beach, where there’s a great beach bar with a pool and sun loungers

The noise, safe yourself the nightmare
I booked my holiday to recover after a period of illness, Es Cana is a lovely place and this hotel has some lovely staff but it is by far the noisiest place I've stayed in my life. I've spent a tour of duty in Afghanistan and had better nights sleep there than I did in this hotel, doors banging all night long, people screaming and laughing and to top it off, the cleaner starts moving furniture at 0700 ensuring you have absolutely no rest at all. Avoid the stress and sleep in the local nightclub bathroom, it will be quieter. On a positive, the location is good and the hotel is clean. The roof terrace is nice but was ruined by French guests.

Fint hotel med god service
Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel. Taget i betragtning af pris, så synes vi der var alt hvad der skulle være. Hvis vi skal bo der igen, vil vi dog booke med altan. De var meget servicemindede lige meget hvem vi talte med. Var lidt nervøse for larmen fra baren neden under, men hørte kun ganske lidt og ikke noget der generede os.
