Good hotel with some improvements
Great hotel with lots of activities and pools to use. The room itself was fine and although there was a kitchen in it, there were very few utensils and nothing to wash or clean dishes. The buffet breakfast and dinner were impressive with the amount of choice, but the quality of the food was not great, and given the price for this I would have expected better. The staff at reception didn't seem to know what was going on at the hotel as I asked a couple of questions throughout the trip (restaurant opening times etc) and they didn't know but told me to look up the app. Overall a good hotel but a few improvements would make the stay even better.

Enjoyed an 8 night stay as family of 4. Generally excellent. New aircon law in Spain meant that some area were uncomfortably warm. Bedroom also warm at times. Food very good. Pools very good. Staff amazing. Would recommend to any family with young children.

Roof terrace room is fabulous, though not perfect due to inability to lock door to terrace. Swim up rooms look ideal for those with young children. Whole hotel is family friendly and the pools, slides and activities are very good. Only ate at hotel once, apart from breakfast (which was fab) the lunch time meals were ok, but nothing special. Good on site supermarket, but big and cheaper one 10 mins walk away. Facilities at the hotel are wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Walk to beach and shops/bars is about 10 mins, need to cross a busy road, but nothing major.The shuttle from the airport to the resort is too long and that is the only reason we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Amazing second stay
Our second time back. Highly recommend a swim-up room as has a balance of privacy and having the pool right there. This place is amazing - great food, service and so clean all the time

There are so many activities for kids, it's like a holiday resort. The food variety was amazing. The only downfall was that rooms aren't made on a Wednesday and we weren't made aware of it.
