"Ich habe diese Unterkunft aufgrund der attraktiven Fotos, guten Bewertungen und Auszeichnungen gebucht. Die Realität weicht leider deutlich ab. Als Deutsche würde ich sagen „ein solider 3 Sterne Standard“. Das Gebäude ist leider sehr heruntergekommen und die Fassade sieht mehr nach sozialem Wohnungsbau oder Knast aus. Unser Zimmer (wir hatten die höchste Kategorie gebucht) war innen schön und sauber, die Aussicht in die Natur war allerdings durch das große Festzelt beeinträchtigt und draußen brummte eine Generator durchgängig so laut, dass man eigentlich auch nicht die Balkontür öffnen konnte. Ein warmes Frühstück kostete extra, weshalb wir das kontinentale Frühstück im Buchungspreis wählten. Das Frühstück war ok, aber sicher kein „award winning“ Highlight. Im Restaurant klebten die Tische und es läuft laute Pop Musik. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, jedoch unaufmerksam und manchmal überfordert. Was uns auch sehr gestört hat, war der sehr schlechte Internet und WLan Empfang im Zimmer. Selbst das Personal WLan, für das wir netterweise das Passwort bekommen haben, war nur sehr schwach. Für Ausflüge in der Region Pembrokshire ist die Lage des Hotels gut. "

"Wir waren sieben Tage in diesem Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Die Zimmer sind zwar klein , aber die Ausstattung ist den Räumlichkeiten entsprechen angenehm ausgestattet . Waren sehr zufrieden . Beim Fruhstück war alles vorhanden . Das Personal war sehr nett . Wir konnten sogar unseren Hund mit zum Fruhstück nehmen was wir als sehr schön fanden.. Wir wünschen dem Team des Hotels auch für die Zukunft ein gutes Händchen in der Betreuung ihrer Gäste ."

"Wir hatten das Zimmer 240 in den ehemaligen Stallungen, leider roch es im Zimmer sehr muffig, die Luftfeuchtigkeit war so hoch, dass die Bettdecke klamm war und unangenehm roch. Unsere Sachen im Koffer hatten nach einer Nacht die Feuchtigkeit und den Geruch angenommen.in den Zimmerecken zu Außenwand waren Flecken zu zu sehen auf den Fußleisten am Sofa Staub, im Bad der Heizkörper war verrostest und und wurde nur vom LacK zusammengehalten. Die Eingangstür war unten angelaufen.. im Spa Bereich bekamen wir keine Handtücher und eine Münze um den Spinnt abzuschließen konnte man auch nicht bekommen. In der Damenumkleide lagen 45 min vor Schließung viele Haare auf dem Fußboden rum.Wir waren an einem Samstagabend in den Sommerferien dort auch im Restaurant und wollten Cocktails trinken, 3 konnten nicht gemixt werden, weil Zutaten fehlten. Auch das Haupthaus hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Schade, wir hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut und waren doch sehr enttäuscht. Da ich regelmäßig reise , habe ich durchaus den Vergleich und erwarte ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr.."
