"Cada año nos hospedamos en las suites del hotel, son tranquilas y perfectas para estancias largas. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Está en una muy buena zona.
Lo único que pienso que hace falta es darle más mantenimiento, hay varios detalles que se podrían mejorar, como limpiar a profundidad las alfombras o cambiarlas, los sillones también y en los baños como las puertas de la ducha de vidrio que ya no encajan más y chocan entre ellas. Ese tipo de detalles sería bueno renovarlos. Pero de ahí en fuera siempre nos quedamos con gusto en el hotel y cuando hemos reportado algo del mantenimiento en nuestra suite, siempre han acudido los muchachos rápido a nuestro llamado y nos lo han resuelto. De igual manera el personal de recepción, del valet parking, aseo y del restaurante siempre han sido muy amables y atentos. Nos seguiremos quedando como cada año aquí. "
