Our room had a broken light. Had to call maintenance. The ice machine and pop machine were both broken and out of service. They take a $300 damage deposit on my card - just ridiculous.

The customer service its all right.. but the room does not have a window so dont expect to come back to the hotel and open the window to have fresh air. The door of the bathroom looks like a piece of cardboard. The mattres of the bed looks like a bed in the pool, your body submerge inside the mattres becuase its old and it does not have enought support.....I recommend you to check a different hotel. Its fine if you pay a couple 100$ more to feel more comfortable. I will not tell you to not stay here but I will also not tell you to stay at this hotel. if I come back any time soon, I will definitely choose a different place.
