"Leider war unser Aufenthalt äußerst enttäu-schend. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Lüftung nicht, und auch die Heizung war defekt, sodass es so kalt war, dass wir gezwungen waren, in unseren Jacken zu schlafen. Zusätzlich waren die Kissen aufgrund der starken Feuchtigkeit im Raum schimmelig, und die Fenster waren dauerhaft beschlagen. Der Zustand des Zimmers war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern aus gesundheitlicher Sicht auch absolut inakzeptabel. Wir hatten unter diesen Umstanden ein Mindestmaß an Entgegenkommen oder eine Lösung erwartet, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Diese Erfahrung war leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend."
