"Beautiful, clean hotel in a convenient location. Ideal for those visiting the centre of New York - it is down a quieter street so not too noisy at night but is basically on top of Penn Station so public transport is super easy. Very happy with our stay."

"The lady at the front desk let us check in early. She told us about an upgrade for a bit more money and we did it to get the suite. She waived the early check in fee as we decided to pay more for suite upgrade. We really enjoyed the room too. It was nice and spacious and we liked the patio area."

"This is a great hotel, very busy, great location. They had a strike going on outside the hotel, so it was noisy as well as the staff on strike were the cleaning staff so our hotel room was not cleaned everyday. But I would stay here again."
